MacroDirector is a product of Sakamoto Labs LLC (“we”), a Florida company. It runs the meetings of a company's board and committees and keeps their record. This policy explains what we store, who sees it, and how you remove it.

What we store

Who sees it

Admins and secretaries of the company see all of its records. Everyone else sees only the bodies they sit on, matched by their verified email, and only once a meeting's pack, its minutes or a consent has been sent to them. Uploaded files are stored in a private Google Cloud Storage bucket with public access blocked and are served only to signed-in people allowed to see them. A single cookie keeps you signed in; we set no advertising or tracking cookies, and our emails carry no tracking.

MacroEntity

When an admin connects MacroEntity, MacroDirector reads the chosen entity's details and people from it, and files approved minutes and closed consents into its minute book when someone asks it to. The connection's tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked from either product at any time.

What we don't do

We do not show ads, sell your data, record or transcribe meetings, or use your records to train AI models. We share data only with the providers that run the service — Google Cloud for hosting and storage, and Resend for sending notices — and only as needed to run it.

Deletion

Deleting a committee deletes its meetings, minutes, consents and files. Deleting a company deletes everything in it from MacroDirector; records already filed in MacroEntity stay there. Deleting your account deletes the companies you own.
